The Clay House
The Clay House is one of Australia’s premier International Clay Centres situated in Fremantle, Western Australia. As a privately run self-funded specialist clay facility we are able to host a number of clay related activities. These include classes and workshops for clay keener’s of all ages. The Clay House has a guest International Visiting Artist program which also provides guest visiting artists the opportunity to spend time working and researching at the remote forest retreat at Hamelin Bay – one of the most stunningly bio diverse and pristine wilderness frontiers in the world. The Clay House is also home to the practising studios of professional designer/makers Fleur Schell from Australia, Cj Jilek form Chicago and Anthony Wise from Texas.
